If you connect to the internet through a proxy server, then you need to tell Yenka about it.

Where possible, Yenka will try to automatically detect your proxy server settings. In some cases, you will need to configure your connection settings manually. You may need to ask your network administrator for this information.

To configure proxy server settings in Yenka:

  • For a Teacher or Site Licence, you will be given the option to configure your settings when you enter your activation key.
  • For a 15-day Trial, you will be given the option to configure your settings if your initial attempt request a licence fails because of a connection error.

If you are still having trouble, check that your proxy settings were entered correctly and that your Activation Key is correct. If you are still having problems, contact info@yenka.com
