Press the button for time x. The PICAXE20M will read the pulse formed by the button being pressed. Then it shoves the time onto the output pins. Since there are no HEX to 7-seg displays, I could only use LEDs for a visual output. The LEDs are out of order too. To fix that, just rotate the board until the LEDs are on the left.
