The free Basic Version

The free Basic Version lets add shapes, change their properties, stack them on top of one another, fold and unfold them and measure their volumes. It lets you experiment with

• circles and equilateral triangles;
• cylinders, triangular prisms, cones and triangular-based pyramids;
• nets for cylinders and triangular prisms.

You can download the Basic Version free of charge - it's not time-limited, and is yours to keep.

The full version

If you want more from Yenka 3D Shapes, the Full Version gives your school access to all of the 2D and 3D shapes, measuring tools, sample lessons and editing tools.

You can buy the full version of Yenka 3D Shapes for your school, and add the following to your Basic licence:

• 2D Shapes: a semicircle, different triangles, squares and rectangles, and regular polygons;
• 3D Shapes: sphere, cube, cuboid, semi-cylinder and semi-cone;
• prisms: triangular, square and polygonal;
• pyramids: square and polygonal bases;
• nets: cube, cuboid, triangular & square-based pyramids
• measurement tools: length, area, total area, surface area, combined volume
• human characters, presentation tools & contextualised shapes & nets.
