This page contains some common questions about installation and their answers.

Q. I have a Yenka account, but when I try to view my licences it tells me that I need to confirm my email address. How do I do that?

A. When you register for an online account, you will be sent an email asking you to confirm your email address. Click on the link inside the email to confirm your email address. You will be taken to a confirmation page. This will unlock the licence and activation codes section of your account.

If you have deleted the confirmation email or have not been sent one, then please contact support@yenka.com.

Q. Why has my Home Use licence expired?

A. Yenka Home Use is designed as a way for teachers and their students to fully evaluate our software. When you apply for Home Use, you will be required to give the contact details of your school so that we can confirm with them that you are, in fact, a teacher at that school. If they are not able to verify this, then we reserve the right to revoke your licence from you.
