Terms and conditions

In order to become a member of the Leader in Technology initiative ("the initiative", "the LiT initiative"), you must agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Benefits for Members

Upon being accepted to the Yenka Leader in Technology initiative - subject to the rules below and limited to the duration of their membership - members will,

• receive a licence to use one or more Yenka products covering the subject area they teach.
• gain access to the Leader in Technology member's area of the www.yenka.com website.

Eligibility

• Only one teacher per school per subject (mathematics, science, technology and computing/ICT) may join the initiative.
• The initiative is only open to teachers teaching at secondary schools.
• The initiative is not open to tutors or members of the public.
• The initiative is restricted to residents of UK, USA and Canada.

Membership Rules

Members must:

• use the software to teach at least once per term,
• complete a short questionnaire each school term,
• only use the software on one computer at a time,
• login when running the software, and
• not share their password.

In addition,

• members agree to be contacted by Crocodile Clips Ltd with respect to the operation of the initiative.
• members agree to uphold the terms of the End User Licence Agreement, which they must agree to separately when using the software.

Continuation of Membership

If a member fails to follow the rules or fulfil the conditions laid out above, their membership will be cancelled and the benefits listed above will no longer be available.

Crocodile Clips Ltd reserves the right to cancel membership at any time.

Cancellation of Membership

A member may leave the initiative at any time by visiting this webpage. Upon leaving the initiative their membership will be cancelled, and the benefits listed above will no longer be available.

Discontinuation of the Initiative

Crocodile Clips Ltd reserves the right to discontinue the initiative at any time, in effect cancelling any existing membership.

Modifications

The terms of membership may change from time to time without notice. Updated terms apply to existing and new members. These terms were last updated: 7 October 2009.
