four light (not so) frenzy
Added by Joseph Bailey on Jan 16, 2011
Yes, I like lights. This model runs on: a 4-stage shift register, a 12-stage ripple counter (binary), 2 4-input AND gates, an AND gate, and a timing circuit. It has an automatic reset feature to turn off the 4 LEDs (red, yellow, green, blue), and starts the entire process over.
