Free Yenka training for UK schools

To help you get started with Yenka, we're offering 15 minutes of free one-to-one online training.

At the moment, this free training is only available to teachers in UK schools - but if you're teaching in a school somewhere else in the world, please contact us if you have questions and we'll do our best to help by e-mail.

For your training, you'll need the latest version of Yenka installed.  You'll also need a phone by the computer.  Before the training starts, we'll send you an e-mail with instructions for how to log in to your training session.

Places are limited, though.  To reserve a session, please send an e-mail to clare-AT-yenka.com, telling us

  • your name and school
  • the subject you teach
  • when you're normally available
  • any specific topics you want us to cover

We'll then get back to you to book your slot.

Comments:

I am tutoring and mentoring MSc students in Nanotechnology. Many originate from the Indian subcontinent and, increasingly have a biology background (and virtually no understanding of physics or chemistry).
Previously, I tutored 1st year UG's in multidisciplinary materials science and engineering.
I believe Yenka software can help with such students

Do your company have interests in developing products for use in the HE sector?

Hi Alan

Our software is already used quite a bit in HE, I think. However, please let us know any specific features that you'd like to see, and I'll make sure they're passed on to our developers.

Hi Norman

Have you tried our free home licence for Yenka? No purchase necessary, as long as it's for private use, and it covers all of the topics from Crocodile Clips - and more.

Hope this helps!
